Wadham College is a working college where people study and live through the year. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate filming/photography for commercial purposes during term times, but we are happy to consider requests for filming to take place during vacations. Please refer to the University’s dates of term here.
Prior permission must be obtained for filming/photography on Wadham premises or grounds, and all requests are subject to College approval. Any associated fees will be agreed prior to the commencement of the filming/photography.
All those applying to film/take photographs on College premises must hold valid public liability insurance, proof of which must be submitted together with a risk assessment and completed filming request forms. Please submit these documents as early as possible before the proposed filming date.
